Boosters are an entity in the Level Editor that allows the Monstars to un-die in World 1. If one has used the EDITOR flag upon Launching Braid, then the World 1 effect can be toggled by pressing the F9 key. Boosters are one of the most common reasons pressing F9 in a World 2 level does not turn it into a World 1 level.
